Regional Finance in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Director of Data and Analytics Transformation to lead AI-first strategy, modernize reporting, and build a high-performing team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math/Stats, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in data/analytics roles with 5+ years leading teams
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data/analytics transformations
• Advanced fluency in SQL and Python for analysis/automation
• Experience building and governing reporting with modern BI tools (Tableau, Sigma)
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake)
• Experience applying AI-enabled productivity tools to reporting/automation
• Financial services experience with strong metrics understanding
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to executives/boards

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year AI-first data/analytics transformation strategy and secure sponsorship
• Modernize reporting to AI-enabled automated, scalable, self-service solutions
• Develop business cases and ROI for automated data/reporting solutions
• Champion a data-driven culture with evidence-based recommendations
• Set vision and standards for executive dashboards and enterprise reporting
• Drive forecasting, trend analysis, and forward-looking performance indicators
• Translate strategic questions into analytical solutions with business impact
• Oversee high-visibility ad hoc analyses for senior management and board decisions
• Own Snowflake architecture and data modeling standards
• Lead Enterprise Data Warehouse development and align with stakeholders
• Ensure scalable, secure, cost-efficient data platform and governance
