Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Data Warehouse Technical Lead to drive design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise data warehousing solutions. This hands-on leader will advance our cloud-based data platform and analytics capabilities across Finance, Enterprise Reporting, and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• 5+ years building enterprise data warehouse solutions on Snowflake and cloud platforms.
• Advanced SQL development including optimization, performance tuning, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and AWS.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations for Finance, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Develop, optimize, and review complex SQL queries, data models, and warehousing structures.
• Drive cloud-native data solutions using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, MWAA, Redshift) and DBT.
