Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, semantic modeling, and data delivery. The role supports SAP BusinessObjects and DB2 reporting while advancing Snowflake-based analytics.

This is a 100% onsite position in the Inland Northwest, with relocation assistance not provided. You will manage BI developers, establish standards, govern data sources, and partner with business leaders to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in BI, analytics, reporting, data warehousing, or related data delivery roles.
Three+ years leading technical teams, analytics portfolios, or BI delivery functions.
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Universes, Web Intelligence, DB2, SQL, or similar platforms.
Strong BI governance, KPI standardization, semantic modeling, data quality, and stakeholder delivery.
Proficient in SQL, dimensional concepts, reporting performance, and production support.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise BI roadmap with technology and business leadership.
Own intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of BI requests and dashboards.
Modernize SAP BusinessObjects and DB2 reporting into scalable, governed analytics products.
Lead BI developers, analysts, contractors, and offshore resources; champion best practices.
