Job summary

Brigham Young University (BYU) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Continuing Education division. You will extract, transform, and visualize data across platforms, build reports, and partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

You will train users, gather feedback, and refine tools to support program insights and decision-making in a collaborative, education-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to write complex level-of-detail expressions.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage data analytics and visualization toolset; maintain reports and data connections.
• Supervise student employees and develop technical documentation.
• Consult with directors and faculty to identify analytics requirements and KPIs.
• Present data insights to stakeholders and train users in BI tools.
• Assist with accreditation activities and process documentation.
