Job summary

First Orion is seeking a Data Verification Analyst to join the Data team in North Little Rock, AR. You will call, search, and verify data using First Orion tools to ensure accuracy across platforms.

You will communicate verification details with colleagues, assist customers via email and tickets, and help maintain data quality in both internal and customer-facing systems. On-call duties are quarterly as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently or in a group.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication, including phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Research and verify data via phone contact, web searches, and internal tools.
• Ensure data quality across internal and customer-facing systems.
• Communicate verification details with team members and other groups.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and ticketing system.
• Support customer escalations and participate in on-call rotation approximately quarterly.
