Job summary

First Orion is seeking a Data Verification Analyst to join the Data team. You will call, research, and verify First Orion data, collaborating across teams to uphold data quality in internal and customer-facing systems.

Responsibilities include phone-based verification, email/ticket communication, and on-call support about once per quarter. A High School diploma and MS Office proficiency are required; Spanish is a plus for bonus points.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to work independently or in a group.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including professional phone manner.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and verify data through phone-based contact and web searches using internal tools.
• Ensure data quality across internal and customer-facing systems.
• Communicate verification details with team members and other First Orion teams.
• Handle customer inquiries via email or tickets and assist with issues.
• Support on-call escalations approximately once per quarter, becoming primary on-call every three months.
