Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical experience in filing, data entry and document routing.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Experience using database systems to manage case files and records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating data in docketing databases and systems.
  • Entering information and routing to relevant USAO staff.
  • Receiving and organizing incoming case files and records.
  • Calendaring and tracking case milestones and dispositions.
  • Processing service of legal documents from opposing counsel.
  • Responding to inquiries about case status with appropriate discretion.
  • Generating reports and analyses using automated tools.
