Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and an Associate Degree or college coursework.
• One year of clerical experience involving data entry or related duties.
• A combination of experience, education, and training may substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and enter data daily using a range of software.
• Prepare data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings, in-person or virtual.
• Facilitate data storytelling and contribute to learning plans.
• May back up accounts receivable/payables for the program.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and families.
• Scan, file, prepare, and communicate application status.
• Perform other duties to benefit the program.
