Job summary

Achievement First (Non-Teaching) is seeking a Student Services Manager-Data to support the school operations team by ensuring accurate student data and smooth non-instructional services. You will oversee SIS enrollment, records, and reporting, enabling principals and teachers to focus on student achievement.

You will manage student health, food, transportation, and discipline data, coordinate test administration logistics, and produce reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required.
• Minimum 2 years of data management experience or a similar environment.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning models/applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record new student enrollment and discharges using SIS.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of student records in SIS through audits.
• Generate ad-hoc reports from SIS for the school leadership team.
• Provide SIS support to teachers for attendance and gradebook.
• Oversee daily data entry for student discipline system.
• Manage logistical aspects of student test administration.
• Produce academic and school culture reports.
