Job summary

Achievement First in Rhode Island is seeking a Student Services Manager of Data for the 2026-27 school year. The starting date is immediate, and the role focuses on non-instructional student services administration and data integrity across AF systems.

You will manage enrollment and records in the SIS, audit data quality, generate leadership reports, support teachers with attendance and gradebooks, and oversee testing material logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required.
• Minimum 2 years of data management experience.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning models/applications, demonstrating a strong track record of program development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record new student enrollment and discharges in SIS.
• Audit student records for completeness and accuracy in SIS.
• Generate ad-hoc reports from the SIS for the school leadership team to monitor operational performance.
• Provide SIS support to teachers for attendance and gradebook.
• Oversee daily data entry for student discipline system.
• Coordinate logistics for student test administration and materials.
