Job summary

Saint Dominic's Family Services in New York seeks a Specialist – PCM to support the VP of PCM in building data infrastructure, BI, and information systems. You will design electronic forms, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve data quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing BI solutions, collaborating with IT, program staff, and vendors, and delivering routine and ad hoc leadership reports. A 2–4 year analytical background in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-related field and strong analytical skills.
• 2–4 years of data analysis, reporting, BI, or program evaluation in healthcare or human services preferred.
• Experience with electronic record systems (EHR/EMR), reporting platforms, and BI tools.
• Valid, non-restricted New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electronic forms, workflows, and data collection tools.
• Develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and BI solutions to inform decision-making.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and data visualizations for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, program staff, vendor partners, and regulatory teams to ensure data governance and system integration.
• Provide training and technical assistance on forms, reporting tools, and data systems.
