LifeShare Blood Center is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and maintain computer systems, business applications and blood bank software. The role covers installation, upgrades, security, backups and interface development with a focus on QA and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT support, 3+ years as a system administrator in a regulated environment, BI reporting experience and relevant certifications. Competitive salary and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in computer application support, reporting software, database administration or help desk support.
• At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator, including in an FDA regulated environment is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and managing BI reports, aggregating data across multiple sources, and writing SQL queries/interfaces preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level support and maintenance on computers, business systems and blood banking applications.
• Manage installation, implementation, upgrades and ongoing support with security and backup procedures.
• Develop reports, query systems and process special requests to meet operational, QA and compliance needs.
• Understand business and financial issues for supported application systems and processes.
