First 5 Alameda County is seeking a data systems professional to support Alameda County’s ECE program data and reporting systems. The role focuses on developing and migrating data for a new system, including Hubbe, HIGH5, and the CA ECE Workforce Registry, while aligning with program directives and accountability reporting.

You will collaborate across program, data, and technology staff, ensure data quality, and create dashboards and reports for CQI, monitoring, and policy communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public or private organizations in human/education/related field.
• Experience with data systems, integration and reporting for programs.
• Ability to translate program needs into data system specifications.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and test data systems for ECE programs and data migration.
• Coordinate data quality, dashboards and reporting for CQI and monitoring.
• Provide training and support on data systems to staff and contractors.
