First 5 Alameda County seeks a data systems analyst to support the development, migration, and administration of ECE data and reporting systems. The role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards, and quality controls for Quality Counts and related programs.

You will partner with program and technology teams to translate needs into technical specifications, train staff, and ensure data integrity across Hubbe, HIGH5, and the CA ECE Workforce Registry in a hybrid work

Formación

• Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in public or private organization in human/health services, education or related sector with college coursework or training.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for an additional year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops and tests data systems for First 5 ECE programs and data migration projects.
• Supports data migration and integration of new systems and develops training materials with stakeholders.
• Collaborates with program, data, and technology staff to gather functional needs and write system specs.
• Creates and maintains ECE dashboards and reports for QA, monitoring, and policy communication.
• Provides training and technical assistance to staff and external partners on data systems.
• Ensures data quality, documentation and process improvements across systems.
