Job summary

Sanctuary for Families seeks a Deputy Director of Strategic Systems to lead enterprise systems, data reporting, and policy implementation. You will oversee Salesforce administration, client-tracking systems, and cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery.

The role requires governance of enterprise apps and partnership with program staff to drive impact. The candidate should have at least six years in enterprise systems, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related coursework in enterprise systems/reporting.
• Minimum of six years related experience.
• Salesforce architecture and administration experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise applications and governance.
• Manage Salesforce and client-tracking system administration and upgrades.
• Oversee program reporting, evaluation, and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with program staff to align technology with mission objectives.
• Provide training and develop materials for systems implementation.
