Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA is recruiting in Des Moines, IA to strengthen Iowa’s network of Community Action Agencies and the LIHEAP program through data systems improvements, workflow enhancements, and stakeholder communication. The role focuses on data cleanup, Salesforce processes, and developing durable templates and guides for ongoing capacity building.

Expect to work with local CAAs such as IMPACT, study best practices, and produce standardized workflow maps to support equitable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Some college education is required or preferred.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate with community partners.
• Experience in program support and data-related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve LIHEAP and Community Action Agency operations through data cleanup and analytics.
• Document field workflow gaps and translate knowledge into tools for state-level improvement.
• Develop resources and templates to support policy alignment and modernization.
