NAMI South Central Iowa is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA to expand its outreach and capacity across 11 rural counties, identifying underserved communities and building partnerships with local groups and schools. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in fundraising or grant writing is preferred.
• Strong writing/editing skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across partners.

• Develop and nurture partnerships with local organizations and schools across 11 rural counties.
• Research, write and track grant proposals to secure sustainable funding.
