Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA in Texas seeks a Community Impact VISTA to build data systems, track outreach, and evaluate program reach across rural and low-income communities. You will design tools, perform needs assessments, and translate findings into actionable reports for CAI staff and funders.

Collaborating with a fellow VISTA, you will help CAI measure impact long-term, train staff, and contribute to communication strategies while serving in a hybrid work setup in Texas.

Qualifications

• Requires college graduate status or higher.
• Experience in community programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure to track outreach and referrals across programs.
• Design tools to measure outreach effectiveness in rural and low-income communities.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to ground outreach decisions.
• Create reports and visuals for staff, leadership, and funders.
• Train staff to operate new systems and partner with other VISTA member.
