AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is supporting Step Up's VISTA project focused on three pillars: Resource Innovation, Scalable Reach, and Brand Prominence. The role helps build fundraising, community infrastructure, and visibility so low-income girls can access mentorship and career readiness resources that move them from poverty to self-sufficiency.

You will perform data-driven analyses, benchmark peers, and help connect Step Up's outcomes to external context to strengthen the case for expansion

Responsabilités

• Benchmark peer organizations (e.g., iMentor, Girls Inc., Year Up, College Possible) to show impact and funder value.
• Identify new analytics opportunities and design pilots to demonstrate value.
• Develop an external data integration strategy by linking Step Up outcomes to public datasets.
