You will create dashboards, reporting tools for programs and grants, plus a toolkit for surveys and outcomes to support grant applications and outreach.

This role involves developing staff and volunteer training materials and ensuring sustainable data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems for nonprofit programs.
• Ability to develop standardized performance indicators and data collection protocols.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting systems for programs and grants.
• Experience developing survey and outcome measurement toolkits for grants and outreach.
• Experience creating staff and volunteer training materials with reproducible templates.
