Job summary

MTI Motion, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an ERP/IT Analyst to support our ERP solution, enhance reporting, and drive lean improvements across finance and operations. You will work with MS SQL Server and SSRS/SSIS for reports, and collaborate with business users to define requirements and design robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years configuring mid-to-large ERPs, strong SQL skills, and BI experience, with a preference for manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
• 3+ years configuring and supporting mid-to-large ERPs such as Dynamics/Oracle/NetSuite.
• Experience with Aptean Made2Manage is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in SQL; SQL Server SSRS/SSAS/SSIS.
• Business Intelligence (BI) experience.
• Experience testing, deploying reports, interfaces, customizations, extensions and workflows.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus.
• Ability to document business/technical requirements and process flows.
• SOX & CMMC compliance environments a plus.
• Strong presentation, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, maintain, and document databases using MS SQL Server.
• Identify data risks and opportunities for MTI reporting.
• Generate and automate timely business reports across lines of business.
• Contribute to ERP data updates to improve visibility of product costs.
• Support applications, enhancements, and lean initiatives.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and functional designs.
• Create test scripts and participate in system integration and UAT.
• Collaborate with users to understand processes and application usage.
• Maintain knowledge of current/future ERP capabilities.
• Support policy, regulatory guidance, and development of new solutions.
