MTI is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & Data Analyst to support and enhance core business systems while helping drive data, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role suits a technology-focused professional who enjoys solving business challenges and delivering impactful solutions through data and automation.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience supporting business systems, data analytics, and process automation, with a focus on ERP,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, data analytics, or related field.
6+ years of experience supporting business systems, data analytics, and process automation.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize ERP, CRM, and business applications, including Infor CSD, ISM, BIRST, and Salesforce.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using Power BI.
Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Infor RPA, and AI tools.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve business performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor between business teams and technology solutions.
