Job summary
MTI Distributing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & Data Analyst to support and optimize core business systems while driving data, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives.
You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop dashboards in Power BI, and design automation using Power Automate and Infor RPA. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required for this role
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience supporting business systems and analytics.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize ERP, CRM, and business apps like Infor CSD/ISM and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system issues to ensure reliable daily operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports with Power BI.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Infor RPA, and AI tools.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytics.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve business performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor between business teams and technology solutions.
