Job summary

Henry Street Settlement is seeking a hands-on Data Systems Administrator to administer, secure, and improve enterprise applications and data platforms across 50+ programs in social services, education, arts, and health care. You will report to the Director of Information and Technology and manage SaaS platforms like AWARDS, Client Track, CRM, and more.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical administrator for Henry Street's business and data systems (AWARDS, Client Track, CRM, etc.).
• Configure and maintain applications, including user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Translate operational needs into effective system configurations and improvements.
