Job summary

Multi-cultural Health Evaluation Delivery System (MHEDS) seeks an Information Technology Administrator to support secure, reliable IT operations and EHR systems across the organization. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, assist with onboarding/offboarding, document systems, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and security measures.

The role requires providing end-user technical support, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data privacy and continuity.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Acquires, installs, configures, maintains, and supports computer hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and related technology.
• Diagnoses and resolves routine hardware, software, network, connectivity, and related issues; escalates complex problems.
• Performs upgrades and improvements to retain reliable systems; monitors performance for improvements.
• Administers onboarding/offboarding and manages system access and equipment deployment.
• Provides help desk support and assists users in effectively utilizing organizational technology.
