Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Economics).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, engineering, finance systems, or similar.
• 3+ years of SQL experience in a complex data environment.
• Track record of driving ambiguous, end-to-end technical workstreams with minimal guidance.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience partnering with large cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations).
• Experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of Meta's accounting products, processes, and risks.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to design scalable data infrastructure and system solutions.
• Translate business and accounting rules into automated controls and monitoring.
• Assess SOX impact of new products and changes, and support control design and remediation.
• Standardize upstream data sources to improve accounting accuracy.
• Build and maintain monitoring and automation to surface risks before financial impact.
• Leverage AI tools to scale insights and efficiency.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to accounting, audit, and engineering audiences.
