Qualifications

• Proven relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts; able to translate them for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing data and AI in financial services, enabling business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses.
• Monitor industry trends; apply leading practices to refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
