Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategic Data Analytics within the CCOR organization.

You will design and enhance scalable analytics, automation, and data-driven solutions across compliance spaces, guiding data movement, inventory management, and operational decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years in data analysis, process improvement, or related discipline.
Ability to decompose and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with data quality frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead complex problem decomposition and scalable solution design across workflows.
Research and adopt new technologies to improve analytics capabilities.
Define and enforce data quality, validation, and audit frameworks for trusted outputs.
Develop automation to streamline data pipelines and investigations.
Build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks and Spark.
Communicate technical concepts and project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
