Responsibilities

• Develop and independently own initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
• Apply structured problem-solving to address top strategic priorities.
• Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions for leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with changes implemented.
• Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions.
• Prepare executive materials and present analyses to senior executives.
• Maintain a controls mindset to ensure risk and controls compliance.
• Drive day-to-day problem solving to push the team agenda.
• Prioritize tasks with strong organization and planning expertise.
• Understand leader’s intent and take initiative in the absence of explicit guidance.
