Qualifications

• 15+ years in data management, data engineering, or clinical informatics with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, and LOINC.
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise data programs in regulated healthcare.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team spanning data acquisition, engineering, governance, product management, and business analysis.
• Define performance goals, career paths, and succession plans for direct and indirect reports.
• Own data product strategy and standardize processes for reusable, trusted data assets.
• Partner with HR, IT, and clients to attract and retain top data talent and scale teams.
• Oversee end-to-end data pipelines, data quality, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.
