Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Investment Platform Data Strategy Lead Executive Director for the Fixed Income unit to drive data product development that underpins research, analytics, dashboards, and decision-support for portfolio management.

In this role you will partner with Fixed Income research and portfolio teams, coordinate across data owners and technology groups, and ensure data products meet governance, quality, and consumer needs while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experienced leader managing small teams of subject-matter experts in Fixed Income business and research to develop investment inputs with track-record of delivering high-value investment products.
• Direct, hands-on experience, 5+ years in similar or related role developing data products or similar data assets (e.g., curated datasets, analytical data sets, data services)
• Strong business engagement skills with proven ability to elicit requirements, understand use cases, and translate business needs into data solutions
• Experience working with data owners and data engineering teams to source, transform, and curate data
• Solid understanding of data quality,metadata management,and technical skills (SQL, python)
• Ability tooperateeffectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority across business, data, and technology stakeholders
• Risk and control awareness, including alignment to security and integrity requirements in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Fixed Income business consumers to understand use cases and requirements, translating demand into clear specifications for data product development
• Work with data owners and custodians to understand data sourcing options, integrate new data sources as needed, ensuring seamless ingestion, transformation, and validation to deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose product to meet consumer needs.
• Drive data product development end-to-end, coordinating across business stakeholders, data owners, and technology teams to deliver products that meet defined requirements and standards
• Ensure data products meet documentation, governance, and control standards, including ownership, data contracts, quality expectations, access models, and audit evidence requirements
• Support adoption and value realization, working with consumers to ensure products are understood, accessible, and delivering intended business outcomes
