Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Data Strategies Manager to lead analytics projects across marketing, operations, and other departments in Las Vegas. You will supervise a team, design analyses, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

You will build dashboards, perform predictive modeling, and communicate complex results to senior leaders. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools is essential to maximize business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant analytics experience required.
• Expertise with SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Inquisitive analytic thinking with a keen ability to solve problems.
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Develop analyses and present insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop Data Strategies team.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking key metrics.
