Job summary

Kepler-Group in New York hires a Strategy Senior Analyst to lead client communications, oversee campaign execution, and drive program management and innovation. You’ll work with a data-focused mindset to deliver standout client results and mentor junior analysts.

You will collaborate with Strategy Managers and cross-functional teams to design campaigns across social, video, search, and programmatic channels, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy, or brand management.
• Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing ability.
• Ability to lead day-to-day client relations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact across social, video, search, and programmatic media.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients and vendors; track and solve issues.
• Partner with clients to understand business goals and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Strategy Manager and team to design and execute programs delivering strong results.
• Mentor one or more Strategy Analysts.
• Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup; measure performance with data analysis.
• Contribute to client insights and strategy reports and ongoing program analyses.
