Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Data Strategist to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll define success metrics for priority programs, build measurement cadences, and turn data into executive-ready recommendations.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on data work in SQL and BI tools, driving cross-functional follow-through to move key metrics. Collaboration with senior leaders, a data-driven culture, and accountability for outcomes are central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or quantitative/health-related field preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in strategy, analytics, or operations at a high-growth company.
• Demonstrated record of owning a metric or outcome and moving it.
• Working proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Omni, or similar); able to pull and validate data.
• Advanced quantitative and financial modeling skills; fluent in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Define success by partnering with executive leaders to set KPIs and deep-dive into performance, aligning incentives and reporting.
• Diagnose performance by analyzing patient growth, capture, adherence, referrals, and operations data.
• Turn insight into action by translating findings into concrete recommendations and ownership of optimization work.
• Bring the outside in by tracking market, competitor, payer, and regulatory intelligence and applying it to performance.
• Drive accountability by coordinating with cross-functional owners to achieve outcomes through KPI tracking and change management.
• Challenge operating hypotheses and provide evidence when a strategy should be revised or retired.
