Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant specialized in Data Security to oversee implementations and advisory engagements across DLP, ITM, CASB, and DSPM products. You will work with client executives and technical teams to map security requirements to Proofpoint solutions, ensuring successful delivery and measurable risk reduction.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security: Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, DSPM, and/or Identity Threat Detection.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually.
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required.

Responsabilidades

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and gathering key business requirements to optimize Proofpoint technologies.
• Provide strategic program design solutions that help clients identify, protect, monitor, and manage data and people.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations.
• Work with the sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
