Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to oversee implementations and advisory engagements for Data Security products. You will lead engagements across endpoint DLP, ITM SaaS, CASB, DSPM, and more, aligning client priorities with protection strategies.

You will work with technical and executive stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery, escalate issues, and develop best practices. A strong client-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role in IT consulting or related fields.
• Experience with data security, insider threat, and endpoint/security concepts.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to engage executives.
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams and manage escalations.
• English proficiency required for technical and non-technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements.
• Design strategic program solutions for data protection and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Manage customer communications, risks, and escalations.
• Deliver product-related services and workshops for top accounts.
