Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in the United States to oversee implementations and engagements for Proofpoint Data Security products. You will drive service delivery, advise on best practices, and manage customer escalations across multiple security offerings.

The role requires working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, to translate business needs into technical requirements and successful outcomes for top accounts.

Formación

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Security Posture Management, and/or Identity Threat Detection concepts.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements and recommending improvements.
• Provide strategic program design solutions for data protection and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns and manage escalations.
• Partner with sales to ensure customer needs and satisfaction are met.
• Present updates to management on risks and proposed solutions.
