Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to oversee implementations and consultative engagements for Proofpoint Data Security products. This role will scope engagements, design strategic program solutions, and lead with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security, Insider Threat, Endpoint Security, CASB, DSPM, and related concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Scope client engagements by gathering business and functional requirements and recommending improvements.
• Provide strategic program design solutions for data protection and access control.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address client concerns.
• Partner with sales to ensure customer needs and satisfaction.
• Present risk assessments and proposed solutions to management.
