Responsibilities

• Use Python and SQL to analyze large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Build, enhance, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models.
• Perform statistical, root-cause, and hypothesis-driven analysis to understand member behaviors and outcomes.
• Turn analytical findings into recommendations for short- and medium-term business decisions.
• Identify member pain points, barriers to care, and opportunities for intervention.
• Partner with engineering teams to move validated models toward production.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Measure the impact and ROI of programs and interventions.
