Job summary

Sagility LLC is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics for healthcare clients across the United States. You will translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and collaborate with stakeholders to shape data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include building predictive models, developing dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau, and guiding cross-functional teams. Occasional client-site relocation is possible, with relocation paid per internal policy.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Five years of experience in data analytics or related role.
Experience with Python, SAS, PowerBI, Oracle DB, and Excel.
Ability to build data-driven insights and dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau.
Experience with NCQA/HEDIS and population health management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
Gather and analyze data from disparate sources (RDBMS, Web APIs, etc.).
Organize large datasets to extract actionable insights.
Apply predictive modeling and ML to improve experiences, revenue, fraud detection, and cost savings.
Design data visualizations that explain model outcomes and business impact.
