Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics, modeling, and AI to drive data-driven decisions. You will develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using Python, and perform hands-on data analysis with SQL and Excel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions, owning the end-to-end modeling lifecycle and delivering insights that influence strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of data science, analytics, or quantitative work.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with asset management and operations to handle ad hoc data requests.
• Build predictive models in Python to address defined business problems.
• Deploy models into production and monitor performance.
• Summarize findings into clear takeaways for business partners.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable datasets.
