Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, ML, or related roles.
• Proficiency using Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Experience with statistical analysis, EDA, and predictive modeling.
• Experience in Agile product or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical and ML models to support VALUE objectives.
• Apply predictive analytics, classification, forecasting, clustering, recommendation, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and models to communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI-enabled workflows and contribute to responsible AI practices.
