AAR, based in Wood Dale, IL (moving to Chicago’s Merchandise Mart in 2027), is building an AI-powered aviation market intelligence platform. We are hiring a Data Scientist who will help shape the product from ideation through production, partnering with leaders across analytics, engineering, and product teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience delivering end-to-end ML projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong Python, SQL, statistics, and predictive modeling skills.
• Experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
