Job summary

AAR is building a next-generation analytics platform and seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect to shape architecture, tech stack, and roadmap for a modern data ecosystem while remaining close to the engineering work. This role focuses on greenfield projects, cloud technologies, and turning business challenges into data-driven results.

You will design scalable data pipelines, influence standards, and partner with leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Experience designing cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
