KAYAK is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead the Concord-based data science team. This senior, hands-on role will guide experienced data scientists, set technical direction, and drive ML initiatives across AdTech, auctions, and the company-wide experimentation platform.

You will mentor teams, transform business challenges into measurable ML outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business partners to deliver scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong ML in production; decisions and outcomes.
• Experience delivering impactful ML solutions in prod environments.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmaps for AdTech/Auction and Experimentation Platform.
• Lead and grow a high-performing data science team in Concord.
• Drive modeling, experimentation, and ML solution direction.
• Evolve the Experimentation Platform with scalable capabilities.
• Translate business challenges into measurable ML outcomes.
• Champion rigorous experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across DS, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
