KAYAK, a Booking Holdings company, seeks a Data Science Manager to lead the Concord-based data science team. This senior, hands-on role will guide experienced data scientists, set technical direction, and solve challenging modeling and experimentation problems across AdTech, auctions, and the shared experimentation platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business partners to align priorities, drive measurable outcomes, and improve decision-making across KAYAK.

Formación

• Evidence of leading data science teams and driving ML projects in production.
• Experience designing and shipping models for AdTech, auctions, or experimentation platforms.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmaps for AdTech/Auction and Experimentation Platform.
• Lead and grow Concord-based data scientists, fostering autonomy and accountability.
• Drive modeling, experimentation, and ML solution direction with hands-on contribution.
