At AtkinsRéalis, a leading engineering services firm, a Data Scientist Intern for Summer 2027 in Phoenix, AZ, will help develop data analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions across internal and client projects. Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent grads in engineering, data science, CS, information systems, math or analytics

Responsibilities

• Support development of data analytics, reporting and visualization solutions
• Assist with data collection, validation, transformation from multiple sources
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports using BI tools
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of digital solutions for project management
• Analyze processes and requirements to identify automation opportunities
• Assist with AI-driven initiatives, including data prep and evaluation
• Perform QA to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with managers, developers and teams on client solutions
