Job summary

Stryker's Summer 2027 Data Engineering internship in Indiana places interns on Business Analytics, Data Intelligence, or IT teams to turn data into insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency.

You'll build dashboards and assist ETL, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions using Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure, GCP, and tools like Cursor and CoPilot. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree and remain enrolled after internship.
• GPA 3.0 or above and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure and/or GCP; strong communication and leadership.
• Familiar with ETL frameworks and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data reporting, visualization, and analytics for cross-functional leaders.
• Build dashboards using Power BI to present internal datasets.
• Assist ETL frameworks and data preparation for scalable analytics.
• Support sales analytics and KPI reporting through data analysis.
• Develop AI solutions with CoPilot and LLM/ML tools; identify trends.
• Document processes and present findings to stakeholders.
