Job summary

Resultant is seeking a Data & Analytics Intern to work with cross-functional teams on client projects, focusing on data prep, analysis, and visualization using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. You’ll gain exposure to AI-assisted tools and an AI-native delivery approach while collaborating with stakeholders and learning from experienced mentors.

You’ll participate in a 10-week summer program, work three days per week in Indianapolis, and contribute to real client outcomes as you develop essential data

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2028.
• Start date in June 2027 and must live in Indianapolis area during Summer 2027.
• 3 days in office per week minimum.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, asking questions and presenting findings.
• Identify, gather, and prepare data using SQL, spreadsheets, scripting, and AI tools.
• Apply foundational analytics and statistical techniques to uncover insights.
• Build data visuals using Power BI/Tableau/spreadsheets with AI features where applicable.
• Document requirements and translate insights into actionable plans and designs.
• Create process maps and supporting documentation for clarity.
• Participate in testing and validate results, including outputs from AI tools.
• Use AI copilots to accelerate research while ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate status, risks, and insights to teammates and clients.
