Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Experience with sensor data.
• Experience with signal processing, MATLAB and Python.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to innovation and algorithm development for glucose-sensing tech.
• Analyzes large sensor, clinical, and physiological datasets to generate verifiable conclusions.
• Applies machine learning, signal processing, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling to develop and evaluate algorithms using MATLAB or Python.
• Translates algorithm requirements and technical concepts into maintainable, well-documented, and high-quality code.
• Develops algorithms and software solutions by analyzing technical needs, workflows, and system requirements while following software development lifecycle best practices.
• Performs algorithm implementation, testing, debugging, validation, and performance optimization.
• Applies data analysis and algorithm evaluation results to support product development decisions and clinical study design.
• Contributes to complex projects to meet technical performance, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Prepares technical and scientific documentation, including engineering reports, algorithm descriptions, test plans, validation documents, diagrams, flowcharts, and visualizations.
• Presents technical concepts, analytical results, and project outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Supports multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
